Small Business Loan

Take your business to new heights

Typically used for business expansion, construction or renovation, inventory, working capital, start-up costs, or machinery and equipment upgrades. We work with you to learn your needs, craft the right funding solution, and support you every step of the way.

How it works

We provide loans with affordable rates and flexible application criteria to small businesses and microenterprises in the Greater Philadelphia region. Loans are available from $500 to $50,000. Loan requests for start-up businesses are limited to $15,000. You may request an interest-only period for up to 6 months from the start of the loan term. Please review the following, then click “Get Pre-Qualified” to get started.

Pre-Approval

Most small businesses, including start-up businesses, are eligible. Businesses providing predatory financial services, illegal, or illicit services are not eligible.

Credit

We look at the borrower’s credit report. There is no credit score cut-off and we will generally look at the content of credit reports for proof of recent improvement.

Collateral Details

Collateral is not the primary consideration of Small Business Loans. However, we will attempt to collateralize the loan to the fullest extent possible using the most responsible combination of business, personal, and third party assets available.
